Wye filters are devices that remove unwanted solids from liquid by a perforated or wire mesh strainer. They are used in irrigation to protect pumps, control valves, regulators and other process equipment.

The 4E Plastic Spin Clean Filter is best for applications where the contaminants are heavier particulate matter, like sand. This is because they effectively keep debris moving across the screen towards the basin, where it is collected. A removable flush cap is located at the bottom of the basin, for easy cleaning of the filter.
