Shipping policy
Local Pick Up:
- In-store pick up for online orders, will be available on Monday - Friday, from 8am - 3pm (MST). An email or text - depending on the information given during our checkout process - will be sent when the order is ready for pick up.
- For same day pick up, orders must be placed before 2pm (MST). Looks Like Rain can not ensure any order made after that time will be ready by 3pm. If you have an urgent order that is placed during our business hours, please call our store room to notify us and we will work with you to fulfill that order as soon as possible.
- If you would like to request curbside pick up, please call us at 928-268-0015 to make further arrangements.
Shipping Policies:
- As of now, Looks Like Rain, will only ship orders within the United States.
- Any order that is placed outside our shipping range, will be refunded and the order will be cancelled upon confirmation via email. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will send a follow up email informing you of the order's cancellation.
- Due to the USPS Publication 52, Hazardous, Restricted, & Perishable Mail, some products may not be valid for shipping. If so, the product's page will note such restrictions. Any restricted item ordered for shipping will be refunded and an email will be sent out in regards to the order change. - All orders placed within Arizona will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days of the order's completion. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is fulfilled.
