Hose threaded caps are the perfect way to cap off hose bibs, access points, and anything else that has compatable threading. Pipe thread and hose thread have different dimentions, so trying to cross thread them will cause leaks.

The female threading on this cap is compatible with the threading on a standard 3/4" hose outlet. While the rubber gasket inside of the cap creates a waterproof seal.
