Copper Union

Within irrigation, copper pipe and fittings are essential for building and installing backflows. High quality copper sweat fittings are soldered onto connecting copper pipe.

Unions are used to connect things that are a little more temporary or may need more frequent maintenance. Since they are a "not-as-permanent" fitting, unions can be easily taken apart, and put back together as needed. Both ends of the union are sweat ends that can be soldered onto copper piping.
